Where do I find my order number?
It's in the order confirmation email we sent right after checkout. Enter it with the same email address or phone number you used when you ordered.
Why isn't my tracking showing anything yet?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days. Once yours ships, we email you a tracking number. The carrier's first scan can take another 24–48 hours to appear, so a blank result early on is normal.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery takes 7–10 business days after your order ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays.
It says delivered, but I don't have it.
Check your mailbox, porch, building package area and with neighbors. Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered a little early. If it hasn't turned up within 48 hours, email us with your order number and we'll look into it.
