All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

2. Products and safe use

We describe products as accurately as we can, but colors and images may vary slightly. Always read and follow the included instructions. Emergency products support your preparedness; they do not replace official emergency guidance or professional help. Our water filters remove bacteria and parasites; they do not remove viruses, chemicals, heavy metals or salt.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account.

5. Intellectual property
